Michel Temteme Dagie, was born and grew up in Addis Ababa. As a teenager he moved to Milan, Italy where he is now based. Initially he worked as an assistant at Industria Superstudio where he met and worked with many Italian and foreign photographers including Albert Watson. The important experience gained during this time prepared him technically and shaped his own approach and style. Today Michel shoots fashion and portraiture for some of Europe's leading magazines such as: Amica, Gioia, GQ, Gulliver, Io Donna, Men's Health, Panorama, Playboy Italia, Riders, Sportswear International, Vanity Fair, L'Uomo Vogue & British Vogue and Wired Italia. He also shoots for important advertising companies and record labels. Currently Michel is developing a personal project on Ethiopia.
